Steven J. Niemczyk was named global head of asset management investment banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynchs global corporate & investment banking business, effective in June, according to a news release.
Mr. Niemczyk was global head of asset management investment banking at UBS.
We expect to see more consolidation and increased capital needs among financial institutions, including asset managers, Michael Rubinoff, head of global financial institutions corporate and investment banking, said in the release. Steves expertise in advising asset management companies is a vital addition to our team.
