Michael Flynn was named executive director and global head of institutional business at international real estate manager Cordea Savills, confirmed spokesman Stephen Sheppard.
Mr. Flynn will be responsible for raising capital and overseeing client services. He will retain his previous responsibilities as head of Cordea Savills Singapore office.
We created this new role in response to the increasingly global nature of capital flows targeting private real estate funds, Justin OConnor, Cordea Savills CEO, said in a news release.
Cordea Savills managed £3.1 billion ($4.4 billion) as of Sept. 30.
