Jim Clayton joined Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers, Hartford, Conn., as vice president of research, confirmed Michael Gately, managing director of research. The position was vacated when Mr. Gately was promoted last year.
Mr. Clayton was previously director of research for the Pension Real Estate Association. Gail Haynes, president of the association, did not return a call by press time seeking information about Mr. Clayton’s replacement.
