Florida State Board of Administration, Tallahassee, is searching for a record keeper for the $4.4 billion Florida Retirement System Investment Plan, a 401(a) defined contribution plan.
The selected record keeper cannot provide investment management to the plan or be affiliated with an investment manager for the plan.
ING, the incumbent, can rebid, said Dennis D. MacKee, communications director. INGs contract will expire Dec. 31, 2009.
The invitation to negotiate is available at http://www.sbafla.com. Proposals are due Nov. 21. A staff team will evaluate the proposals, and the board is scheduled to make a selection Jan. 5.
