Crosswater Realty Advisors, a new real estate advisory firm, was formed by Theodore M. Leary, former chairman of Lowe Enterprises Investment Management, Olena Berg, former assistant secretary of the Labor Departments Employee Benefits Security Administration during the Clinton administration, and six other real estate executives, according to Mr. Leary.
The firm will provide what Mr. Leary called unconflicted advice to institutional real estate investors on everything from the value potential of troubled investments to recommendations of executives and firms to execute turnaround strategies.
