Jacksonville (Fla.) City Retirement System is searching for at least one active domestic small-cap value equity manager to run $41 million, said spokesman Mike Hogue.
The $1.6 billion pension plan has not issued an RFP; consultants Summit Strategies and Consulting Services Support will create a shortlist of potential managers for the system, Mr. Hogue said.
A selection date has not been set, Mr. Hogue said. He declined to name the incumbent managers.
