James I. Robertson was named CEO of Invesco Perpetual, Invesco’s U.K. investment management business, said spokesman Doug Kidd.
Mr. Robertson, who was senior managing director of operations and technology at parent Invesco, replaces Robert J. Yerbury, who will remain the London-based firm’s CIO. Mr. Yerbury is giving up his administrative responsibilities to focus on investments, and will continue to head Invesco’s Investors Forum, an ad hoc group of the firm’s most senior investment professionals, Mr. Kidd said.
Colin Meadows will take on Mr. Robertson’s previous duties and retain the title of Invesco’s chief administrative officer.
