The New York City Retirement Systems issued an RFP for managers to create and manage one or more domestic index equity portfolios for the $128 billion system, according to the systems website.
Questions on the RFP can be submitted via e-mail to Evelyn Dresler, director of contracting, at [email protected] by noon EDT Aug. 29. Proposals are due at 4 p.m. EDT Oct. 1.
