Los Angeles City Employees Retirement System committed up to $25 million to the Walton Street Real Estate Fund VI; $15 million to The Realty Associates Fund IX; $10 million to the Mayfield Gentry Genesis Value Fund; and up to $10 million to Bond Companies Sustainability Fund, said Linda Aparicio, communications director for the $10.4 billion system.
All are real estate funds. Real estate consultant Courtland Partners assisted.
The system also committed $20 million to midmarket private equity fund Lindsay Goldberg III, which has a $4 billion target and a $5 billion cap. LACERS invested in the Lindsay Goldbergs second fund. Hamilton Lane, the systems traditional alternative investment consultant, made the commitments under the systems discretionary private equity program.
