Larissa Herczeg was named vice president, private real estate, at Franklin Templeton Real Estate Advisors, the global real estate investment arm of Franklin Templeton Investments, confirmed spokesman Bill Weeks. It is a new position, based in New York. She will report to Marc Weidner, managing director. Ms. Herczeg was vice president with Credit Suisses customized fund investment group. Credit Suisse spokeswoman Suzanne Fleming could not be reached by press time for information on Ms. Herczegs replacement.
