Jerry Miller was named president and CEO of Morgan Stanley subsidiary Van Kampen Investments, the company said in a news release. He replaces Michael Kiley, who announced his intention to resign from the firm to pursue other opportunities, according to the release. Mr. Miller was central division director for Morgan Stanleys global wealth management group; information on his replacement was not immediately available. Erica Platt, spokeswoman for Van Kampen, could not be reach for comment by press time.
