Anne Hayes, Kristin Newhall and Volker Schmidt were promoted to partners at the Riverside Co., a private equity firm. The three were principals. Mr. Schmidt is based in the firm’s Munich office; Ms. Hayes and Ms. Newhall are based in New York.
