Oklahoma Teachers Retirement System, Oklahoma City, posted a -1.52% return for the quarter ended Dec. 31, compared to its custom benchmark of -1.3%, said Tom Beavers, executive secretary of the $9.5 billion fund. Bonds returned 3.26%, topping the Lehman Brothers Aggregate index benchmark by 26 basis points. International equity returned -0.38%, outperforming the MSCI EAFE by 135 bps, while domestic equity lost 4.56% and trailed the S&P 500 by 123 bps.
