Town of Plymouth (Mass.) Retirement Board issued an RFP for a manager of managers to run the plans $120 million in assets, said Karry Barros, spokeswoman. The selected firm would decide which of the plans managers would be retained, although some managers cannot be terminated because of contracts, Ms. Barros said. She did not know if the plans investment consultant, Segal Advisors, or its custodian, State Street, would be terminated. Plymouth currently has eight external managers. The RFP is available by e-mail from Debra Sullivan, plan director, at [email protected] All questions should be directed to Ms. Sullivan. Proposals are due by 4:30 p.m. EDT March 31. A date for a selection has not been set.
