New Mexico State Investment Councils private equity committee recommended committing €30 million ($44 million) to Bridgepoint Europe IV and $30 million each to Platinum Equity Capital Partners II and Carlyle Mezzanine II, said Charles Wollmann, public information officer. The $15.4 billion fund has invested with both Carlyle and Bridgepoint in the past. The council could approve the commitments as early as its Feb. 26 board meeting.
