Paul Fichera joined John Hancock Retirement Plan Services as senior vice president of sales development services, said spokeswoman Melissa Berczuk. It is a new position. Mr. Fichera had been senior vice president, director of product development and sales support at Massachusetts Financial Services. Information on his replacement wasn’t available by press time.
