New leaders elected for Alaska Permanent

Steve Frank was elected chairman of the board of trustees for the $37.4 billion Alaska Permanent Fund, Juneau, and Bill Moran was elected vice chair. The two were already board members. Mr. Moran is president of Ketchikan, Alaska-based First Bancorp Inc. Mr. Frank is a former state senator who now owns and operates a resort in Fairbanks.
