Andover seeks consultant

Andover (Mass.) Contributory Retirement Board issued an RFP for an investment consultant, according to the Massachusetts Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission website. Segal Advisors is the $96 million system’s current consultant. Elena Kothman, Andover retirement administrator, did not return a call seeking comment.
