Holyoke (Mass.) Retirement Board is searching for a manager to run about $15 million in active international core equities, said Cheryl Dugre, assistant executive director. The board of the $178 million pension plan will consider proposals for both commingled funds and separate accounts. Funding will come from the termination of Boston Co. because of personnel changes. The firm ran a $15 million international core equity portfolio for the plan. The RFP is available on consultant Segal Advisors website at www.segaladvisors.com/rfp/index.html. Proposals are due by 3 p.m. EDT Oct. 18. Fund officials plan to make a selection by years end.
