Andover (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System wants to add a more active large-cap core equity strategy to complement the $96 million plans enhanced index fund run by SSgA. The system is searching for an active manager to run $10 million, but no managers will be terminated, according to Rosemary Guillette, senior associate for consultant Segal Advisors. She was not able to provide further details at press time. Elena Kothman, board administrator for the system, referred questions to Segal Advisors.
