Hessel Pole, Virginia Coccoli and John DiSpaltro were named managing directors at Proctor Investment Management, a private equity firm that invests in alternative investment managers. All three will be in institutional sales.
Mr. Pole was vice president of institutional sales at Atlantic Asset Management, a hedge fund firm. Ms. Coccoli was client director for M&G Episode, a Prudential PLC multistrategy hedge fund based in London. Mr. DiSpaltro was a 401(k) marketer at Morgan Stanley.
Scott Tuck, managing partner at Atlantic Asset Management, said the firm restructured its institutional sales team after Mr. Poles departure and he was not directly replaced. Morgan Stanley spokeswoman Christy Pollak said the firm is in the process of replacing Mr. DiSpaltro.
