Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, Washington, is seeking nominations for 15 of the 31 members of its Standing Advisory Group, which advises the board on the establishing auditing and related professional practice standards. The 15 members whose terms expire this year but who can be re-nominated include John Krimmel, senior vice president and consultant, Callan Associates; Ted White, independent consultant to the Council of Institutional Investors; Joseph Carcello, director of research, Corporate Governance Center, University of Tennessee; Rebecca McEnally, director, capital markets policy group, CFA Institute Center for Financial Market Integrity; Linda Scott, senior consultant, Governance for Owners USA; and Damon Silvers, associate general counsel, AFL-CIO.
The deadline for submissions is June 15. The board will select the members, whose two-year terms will begin in January.
