Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District Employees Pension Plan will consider investing in limited partnerships in private equity, said Karl Tyminski, district secretary-treasurer. The board of the $163 million pension plan will consider the investment at its April 26 meeting, Mr. Tyminski said. Further details could not be learned by press time. Consultant New England Pension Consultants is assisting.
Separately, the systems $25 million 457 plan will seek a bundled provider, confirmed Mr. Tyminski. Incumbent Vanguard, whose contract expires Oct. 1, can rebid. Plan officials expect to begin the search in mid-May.
