Robert H. Graham, vice chairman of AMVESCAPs board of directors, has retired after 30 years with the company, spokesman Doug Kidd said. Mr. Graham was a co-founder of AIM Investments, which merged with INVESCO in 1997 to form AMVESCAP. Mr. Graham had been a director since 1997 and became vice chairman in 2001. There are no immediate plans to replace Mr.Graham, Mr. Kidd said.
AMVESCAP had $462.6 billion in assets under management as of Dec. 31.
