Lincoln Financial hires 3

Duane Bernt joined Lincoln Financial Group’s new retirement income security ventures group as vice president of research and development; Tom Faenza as vice president of product management and strategy; and Kevin O’Fee as vice president of service strategy, confirmed Tom Johnson, spokesman. All three are new positions. Mr. Bernt was vice president and corporate treasurer at Lincoln and Mr. Faenza was associate vice president. Mr. Johnson said the firm is currently seeking their replacements. Mr. O’Fee was a managing director at New York Life Investment Management. Sarah Lazarus, spokeswoman for NYLIM, did not return calls seeking information on his replacement.
