Shannon promoted at Mercer

Robert H. Shannon was promoted to head of the Americas region for Mercer Human Resource Consulting, said spokesman Charles Salmans. Mr. Shannon replaces Larry Woerner, who was named chief administrative officer in January. Mr. Shannon will keep his previous responsibilities as U.S. Northeast Zone and New York Metro Market leader, said Mr. Salmans.
