Cooper City (Fla.) Police Officers’ Pension Fund issued an RFP for a core real estate manager to run $1 million, according to David Lee, director of manager research and principal at Dahab Associates, the $14.5 million plan’s consultant.
Funding for the new allocation will come from a general rebalancing of existing assets. Plan officials are adding the portfolio for diversification. Joan Wall, Cooper City plan administrator, referred all questions to Dahab.
