Oklahoma Firefighters Pension and Retirement System, Oklahoma City, selected River Road Asset Management to run $57 million in active domestic small-cap value equities, confirmed Herb Bradshaw, deputy director. The $1.6 billion plan terminated New York Life Investment Management last year because of personnel changes at the firm, and the money was parked in a Russell 2000 Value index fund run by State Street Global Advisors.
An RFP was issued in October, with Asset Consulting Group assisting.
