James D. Dilworth was named Morgan Stanley Investment Managements business head of Europe, Middle East and Africa, confirmed spokesman Hugh Fraser. Based in London, Mr. Dilworth will report to Owen Thomas, president of MSIM, and Jonathan Chenevix-Trench, chairman of Morgan Stanley International. Michael Green, international business head of MSIM, will leave the company this month, Mr. Fraser said. He declined to provide further details about the departure, and Mr. Green could not be reached for comment. Mr. Greens duties will be split, with Mr. Dilworth overseeing the EMEA region. Morgan Stanley is currently recruiting a business head of Asia, Mr. Fraser said. Mr. Dilworth was head of Germany for Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He was replaced at GSAM by Axel Hoerger, now head of Germany and Austria for GSAM, spokeswoman Candida Hall said. Mr. Hoerger was GSAMs head of Germanys regional institutional business development and marketing.
