Montana Board of Investments, Helena, is increasing its allocation to private equity and real estate and could be looking for new managers over the next four years, confirmed CIO Clifford Sheets. The board will gradually increase its private equity allocation to between 8% and 10%, from 5.5% now, while the real estate allocation will increase to between 4% and 8% from the current 3.5% by 2008, Mr. Sheets said.
