Dallas Police and Fire Pension System today was scheduled to interview OFI Institutional Asset Management, The Boston Co. Asset Management and AllianceBernstein in a search for a global equity manager. PIMCO, Mellon Capital Management, Bridgewater Associates and GMO are scheduled to be interviewed on Tuesday as part of the $3.1 billion system's search for its first global asset allocation manager, to likely run $50 million, according to agendas for the two meetings. Funding for the global asset allocation manager will come from reducing the plan's $150 million high-yield portfolio run by W.R. Huff. Consultant New England Pension Consultants is assisting. Richard Tettamant, plan administrator, was not available by press time to provide further details.
