Omaha (Neb.) Civilian Employees Retirement System will conduct an asset allocation study this spring, said Buster Brown, city clerk and chairman of the pension board. Initially, the study was expected to be completed by January. It is a routine update and is performed every two years. DeMarche Associates, the fund's consultant, is assisting. The fund has $280 million in assets.
