The Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System, Nashville, early next year will begin an asset allocation study of the $30 billion plan, said Tom Milne, CIO. Strategic Investment Solutions will assist. Following the study, the system will search in 2008 for four active international equity managers; the incumbent managers' five-year contracts will expire in the fall of 2008, Mr. Milne said. They are: PanAgora Asset Management with $1.6 billion; Marathon-London and Walter Scott & Partners, with $1.2 billion each; and Societe Generale Asset Management, with $500 million. All can rebid.
