The City of Phoenix Employees' Retirement System is seeking a manager to run $83 million in international small-cap core equities, according to plan consultant R.V. Kuhns' website. The consultant recommended adding the new asset class this summer, according to the $2 billion system's website.
Donna Buelow, retirement program administrator, was not available to provide further details. Ryan Harvey, associate consultant at R.V. Kuhns, declined to comment.
