JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services today agreed to acquire CCA Strategies, a consulting firm that offers retirement and actuarial services to 230 defined benefit clients, said Mary Sedarat, JPMorgan spokeswoman. Terms were not disclosed. CCA's 200 employees will continue to work out of their Chicago office after the deal closes in the next three months, she said. Tom Terry, CCA's co-founder and president, did not return calls seeking additional information. After the deal, JPMorgan will have about 1,500 clients.
