The North Attleborough (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System hired RhumbLine Advisers to run $3 million in a Lehman Brothers Aggregate bond index fund, confirmed Debra Bush, executive secretary for the pension plan. It is a new allocation, with funding coming from a general redistribution. RhumbLine was hired to run the portfolio in November, but officials at the $50 million plan never issued an RFP, as required by state regulations. The RFP was issued in July, and RhumbLine was invited to rebid.
