

Anne Werum Lambright was named executive director of the West Virginia Consolidated Public Retirement Board, Charleston, effective Sept. 1, according to spokeswoman Diane Holley. Ms. Lambright, who is the board's general counsel, replaces Joseph J. Jankowski Jr., who resigned in November 2005. Terasa Miller, the board's deputy director, has been acting director. The board oversees state pension plans with assets totaling nearly $8 billion.
Kathy Bourque was named director of the $1.4 billion Louisiana Municipal Police Employees Retirement System, Baton Rouge. She replaced Virginia Eckert, who retired Aug. 1 after 29 years with the plan. Ms. Bourque, who has been with the plan for 23 years, was administrative assistant to Ms. Eckert.
