Huntsman Corp., Salt Lake City, hired Fidelity Investments to replace JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services as record keeper for its $461 million 401(k) plan, pending contract negotiations, according to Mark Cordingly, benefits director. The change was not the result of JPMorgan's performance, he said; the company just wanted to move in a different direction.
Buck Consultants assisted the plan in a shortlist search last spring.
