Huntsman Corp., Salt Lake City, is conducting a shortlist search for a record keeper for its $400 million 401(k) plan, said Mark Cordingly, benefits director. He could not say if incumbent JPMorgan Retirement Plan Services was invited to rebid. Officials for the plan hope to choose finalists toward the end of this month, but there is no specific timeframe for making a selection, Mr. Cordingly said. Buck Consultants is assisting. Neither Ed Gadowski, Buck spokesman, nor JPMorgan spokeswoman Jacqueline Meere, was available for comment at press time.
