Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds, Hartford, issued an RFP for a firm to provide proxy voting research, advisory proxy solicitation and consulting services for its $22 billion pension plan, according to its website. Responding firms may bid on proxy consulting services without also bidding on proxy voting services, according to the website. The RFP is available on the website, www.state.ct.us/ott. Proposals are due April 28. No timetable for a selection was given.
