Crouse Hospital, Syracuse, N.Y., hired Diversified Investment Advisors as bundled provider for its new 401(k) plan, said John Bergemann, director of benefits. The hospital is converting non-union employees to the new plan, which Mr. Bergemann expects to reach $5 million after one year. Diversified will offer 25 investment options, he said.
Union employees will remain in the $120 million defined benefit plan, he said. The non-union employee portion of the pension plan was frozen in June 2005.
