Missouri Higher Education Savings Program, Jefferson City, hired Upromise Investments as program manager to run the $750 million 529 plan under a five-year contract, according to a news release from the Missouri plan. Upromise replaces TIAA-CREF. An RFP was issued last fall. AKF Consulting assisted.
The board also hired Vanguard Group and American Century to provide investment options, according to the news release.
