Old Mutual Advisor Funds II, formerly known as the PBHG funds, added CastleArk Management, Columbus Circle Investors, Eagle Asset Management, Munder Capital Management and Turner Investment Partners to the list of the funds' subadvisers, the board of the Advisors Funds II announced today. Taking a multimanager approach with some of the funds, which previously were managed by a single subadviser, will lower volatility, Leigh A. Wilson, the independent chairman of the funds' board, said in a news release today. The board will also recommend fee reductions.
Other Old Mutual Group members already named as subadvisers are Analytic Investors, Barrow, Hanley, Mewhinney & Strauss, Copper Rock Capital Partners, Dwight Asset Management, Heitman Real Estate Securities; Liberty Ridge Capital and Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley,
Spokesman Tucker Hewes declined to provide further details as to how much each subadviser would be managing.
