Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System, Oklahoma City, is searching for a record keeper for the system's 457 and 401(a) plans, confirmed Tom Spencer, executive director. Incumbent Great-West Retirement Services may rebid; its' contract is set to expire June 30, 2006, he said. Proposals are due Jan. 6. The RFP is available on the retirement system's website, www.opers.state.ok.us. Mr. Spencer said there is no timetable for final presentations or a selection.
The plans, which mirror each other, have a combined $355 million in assets. Each offers 14 investment options. Strategic Investment Solutions, the system's consultant, is assisting.
