Employees Retirement System of Texas, Austin, dropped DuPont Capital Management, which managed $1.4 billion in active international equities for the $21 billion system, confirmed Mary Jane Wardlow, plan spokeswoman. The termination was by mutual agreement and was not related to performance; Ms. Wardlow declined further comment. The system is searching for at least one active international equity manager to run up to $1.4 billion. The mandate is considered advisory and not fully discretionary, according to the RFP.
