Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, Columbus, selected Lehman Brothers and Loomis, Sayles to manage a total of $310 million in high-yield fixed income, said David Graham, spokesman. Officials at the $10 billion fund have not yet decided how much each firm will manage. Partial funding will come from a $177 million high-yield bond portfolio previously handled by Shenkman Capital Management, which was terminated in June for performance reasons, said Mr. Graham. The rest of the money will come from cash. The fund issued an RFP in June, he said. Wilshire Associates assisted.
