Dallas Police and Fire Pension System hired INTECH to manage $180 million and T. Rowe Price to run $130 million in enhanced S&P 500 portfolios, according to Richard Tettamant, administrator for the $2.5 billion system. Mr. Tettamant said the change was not related to performance but because "the board decided to change gears and do enhanced."
