Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust Fund, Oklahoma City, named JPMorgan Chase and incumbent Bank of Oklahoma as finalists in the fund's global custodian search, said James Wilbanks, director of revenue and policy for state Treasurer Scott Meacham. The board of the $250 million fund issued an RFP in June because members were interested in pursuing securities lending as part of the custodial relationship. The board will discuss the matter at a meeting tentatively set for Nov. 16 and will "absolutely" select a custodian before year end, Mr. Wilbanks said.
