District of Columbia 401(a) Defined Contribution Pension Plan, Washington, hired CitiStreet as third-party administrator for the $260 million plan, said Randy Taylor, senior vice president at CitiStreet. CitiStreet is replacing ING, said Mr. Taylor. ING spokesman, Mark Goedbloed, did not return calls. CitiStreet will provide 18 investment options, up from 13.
