The move to Memphis is expected to be completed by August 2006. "I can't speak specifically to people's plans, but those roles will be transferred to Memphis," Ms. Wygant said.
Robert M. Hunkeler, vice president of investments for the company's $6.8 billion pension plan, could not be reached for comment. Carol Tusch, director of trust investments, who oversees its $4 billion 401(k) plan, declined to comment.
